Water Heaters
Steve installed an electric hot water heater for this home owner. Originally the hot water came from the boiler. This is now a stand alone electric hot water heater providing plenty of hot water without having to buy oil year round.
Installation - Residential
Steve is in the process of putting a new bathroom in the basement of a home. This will include a toilet, shower and vanity, giving his customer a 2nd full bath in their home.

Installations - Commercial
Steve installed all new plumbing in this commercial building that services multiple apartments. All tenants are satisfied with continuous hot water and heat.
Boilers
Steve replaced this boiler and provided the home owner with working heat in the home. The original boiler serviced both the hot water and the heat. This new system focuses on just heating the home.
Renovations - Residential
Steve renovated this bathroom with a new vanity, toilet, and upgraded the old cast iron pipes with PVC.
Troubleshoot / Repairs
Steve repaired the plumbing leaks in this home by replacing the fixtures and tightening up all the nuts & bolts.
